01 / Public website

Static pages, real example images, masks, 3D assets and recorded mechanics. Host on a static CDN or a Hugging Face Static Space. No access to the internal server is required.

02 / Inference service

A dedicated Docker Space accepts CT or MRI volumes as NIfTI files or a ZIP containing one DICOM series. Separate CT and MRI models generate anatomical masks, an anatomy tree and a 3D preview.

03 / Job lifecycle

Bounded uploads, one active inference at a time, ephemeral job directories and explicit task errors. Public uploads require a deployed service with its own capacity and access policy.

Cloud deployment kit

Includes the standalone CT/MRI upload application, model setup and deployment instructions. The public website and parsing service can be hosted independently.

Real CT and MRI atlas browsing, categorical masks, corresponding label surfaces, anatomical asset downloads, a liver biopsy procedural walkthrough, and recorded SOFA tissue contact with synchronized force and displacement.

Internal research

TACE navigation and teaching transport; tissue interaction and layered puncture models; voxel cutting and geometric suturing; selected MuJoCo dynamics; reduced-order circulation and finite-volume heat conduction. These are separate implementations, not one validated whole-body simulator.

Validation boundary

The displayed contact experiment has numerical consistency checks. Its tissue parameters and supports have not been experimentally patient-calibrated. Numerical success does not establish spatial convergence or clinical prediction accuracy.

Not claimed

Clinical decision support, patient-specific treatment outcome prediction, validated full-body biodynamics, or automatic physical properties for every mesh. MRI atlas labels are not new AI inference.

3D Slicer CTACardio. Modified preview with approximately 3 mm sampling. Automatic TotalSegmentator 2.18.0 total-task labels are unreviewed. Full Slicer source license retained. This example has 88 present labels; that is not the model’s total class count.

MRI population atlas

KCL fetal body MRI atlas, Alena U. Uus and colleagues (2024), CC0. A population average of 17 fetal datasets spanning 25–28 gestational weeks, with its original ten-label organ mask. Source paper · CC0 notice.

Life journey film

An original 7.5-second scientific film moves through molecular structures, chromatin, cells, a lifetime of human motion and medical imaging. Four generated scientific illustrations, a reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci’s original Vitruvian Man, a generated embryo and sequential human poses are composited offline; the browser plays a lightweight video. Heart and vessel shots are rendered from the native atlas. The closing illustration surrounds a translucent human with anatomy, cells and illustrative scan panels. Those background panels are generated art; the separate CT/MRI magnifier images are acquired examples. The film is not captured human footage or a biological solver. Leonardo original and source. Homepage anatomy collection

The homepage uses lightweight display previews with generated tissue illustrations or semantic vessel colors. Original source meshes remain available. Preview adaptations. SomaAtlas public website code is Apache-2.0. Three.js is MIT licensed. Data and assets retain their own licenses. No endorsement by dataset authors or referenced products is implied.
